1. Service Description

StubToCSV is a browser-based tool that converts financial documents (paystubs, W-2s, 1099s, payslips, and receipts) into CSV and Excel format. All document processing occurs in your browser. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Data Accuracy

StubToCSV uses automated pattern matching to extract data from PDF documents. While we strive for accuracy, you are solely responsible for verifying that extracted data is correct before using it for tax filings, accounting, payroll, or any other purpose. StubToCSV is not liable for errors in extracted data.

3. Pricing & Plans

StubToCSV offers the following plans:

  • Free: 3 conversions per month
  • Pro: $19.99/month for unlimited conversions
  • Single Conversion: $2.99 one-time payment for one additional conversion

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute StubToCSV or its output as a competing service
  • Attempt to circumvent free-tier usage limits or authentication
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking action. Suspended users may contact us to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StubToCSV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
